However we can not determine the risk level at the level of variable such as Lead, Copper, etc. We read that the PHM is a good tool to model these individual variables.

PHM is the right tool for risk determination. However the use of PHM requires he right data (differentiating between Failure and Suspension) getting into the CMMS. Using the LRCM inteface to SAP, Maximo, Ellipse, Oracle etc will ensure analysis enabling data.

I’m working for AJ Plast Company in Thailand with responsible for TPM Project. EXAKT is very interesting tools for CBM. How much its cost? Is it easy to use? Is it neceesary training?

EXAKT itself is easy to use. the hard part is to make sure that the right data (differentiating between Failure and Suspension) gets into the CMMS. Using the LRCM inteface to SAP, Maximo, Ellipse, etc will ensure analysis enabling data.

Yes. A trial version is available. However, EXAKT, to be effective requires a specific type and quality of information in the database of work orders. This is outlined in a series of short videos.
